• For Engineer Trainee (Mechanical/ Chemical /  Civil / Electrical): Degree in BE/ B.Tech or Five year integrated Master’s degree OR Dual Degree Programme in Engineering or Technology (Relevant disciplines).
• Executive Trainee (HR): Full time regular Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks with Two years full-time regular PG Degree/ Diploma (Relevant Disciplines) (Relevant Field - Human Resource Management / Social Work / Personnel Management and Industrial Relation / Business Administration with specialization in personnel Management OR Labour Welfare OR Human Resource Management with 55% marks.
• Executive Trainee (Finance): Bachelor’s degree  OR Cost and Works Accountants / Chartered.
